In the middle of Covid when big name window companies were 16 weeks out, Lauren got them installed in the 5 weeks she promised. When the Big winds hit in March of 2023, I gave Lauren a list of properties that needed inspection and she provided an assessment within days with photos. Insurance claims went through flawlessly because of the documentation. I did have a question on 1 of the 10+ projects she has done for me and an owner of the company met me that day to address my concerns. Top notch ALL AROUND ( pun intended)"
